Unlike large groom shops, The Groom Room features one experienced groomer for personal attention to your pet. 
Most full grooms take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to complete, ensuring your pet the least time away from your pet.

   All pets are safe in secured individual kennels at all times.

   Cleanliness of The Groom Room is a top priority. In addition to daily cleaning, an outside cleaning service is used once a week.

   At The Groom Room we pay attention to pets with sensitive skin by using an aloe or oatmeal shampoo at no extra charge at the customers request. Geriatric and special needs pets are treated gently and with the utmost care.

   Flexible hours, for clients with busy schedules, are accommodated with night and weekend appointments.  (even some Sundays)
In most cases appointments can be set within 24 to 48 hours of request.
